Let’s go back to the 1920s this wintery night and make an apple cake.
Seeing as it has been nearly 3 weeks since I made this dessert I honestly don’t remember much! So, this post will mostly be pictures.
I love how much Charlotte has taken to helping me in the kitchen, this has been so much fun for us.

The texture was definitely strange, felt like a wet biscuit dough.

The author noted this one was best served warm, and it definitely was.
Once it cooled it became super soggy. I enjoyed the first piece. But not the rest, not sure if I’d make this again.
