Baking Through Yesteryear

I made this bread two weeks ago, and I completely forgot to write it up.

I haven’t been into my project as of late. My friend who I was baking alongside has been busy and I often feel like a pest asking if they’d like to bake.

Then ostentatiously I’ve been trying to “watch what I eat” so I haven’t wanted to make anything. The irony is that I’ve been eating like garbage.

I need to refocus and get back to my bakes, even if this is something I do alone.

Man, February is a shit month.
